Da su na\u0161i roditelji znali tj. bili osvije\u0161teniji, bila bi i djeca. Svi znaju za mozak i da njegova smrt zna\u010di i klini\u010dka smrt ali ne znaju koliko je savr\u0161en i mo\u0107an alat. To je organ va\u0161e osobnosti, karaktera i inteligencije i zapravo je on je va\u0161 odraz tj kako ga koristite takvi ste. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #1c1c1c;\">Autor knjige &#8211; <b>Dr Daniel G.Amen <\/b>je klini\u010dki neuroznanstvenik, psihijatar a u\u017ea specijalnost kao klini\u010dkog psihijatra mu je rad sa djecom i adolescentima <\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #1c1c1c;\">Pravilo 18-40-60<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #1c1c1c;\">Znate za ono pravilo &#8221;18-40-60&#8221; koje ka\u017ee da kada osoba ima 18 godina, brine se \u0161to svi drugi misle o njoj. U 40-oj, ve\u0107 te ba\u0161 briga \u0161to drugi misle o tebi, a u 60-oj \u010dovjek shvati da nitko uop\u0107e i nije razmi\u0161ljao o tebi. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #1c1c1c;\">Poznato vam je da ako se ne brinete dovoljno dobro o svom mozgu, manifestirate sigurno jednu od ovih smetnji: <em>izlo\u017eenost znatno ve\u0107em riziku od nejasno\u0107e misli, problemi s pam\u0107enjem, niska razina energije, distraktibilnost, dono\u0161enje lo\u0161ih odluka, pretilost, dijabetes,sr\u010dane bolesti, karcinomi.<\/em> Sve po\u010dinje i zavr\u0161ava u ovom organu. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #1c1c1c;\">Zato je dobro podsije\u0107ati se svaki dan da je na\u0161 mozak uklju\u010den u sve,\u00a0 ali ba\u0161 sve \u0161to radimo.\u00a0 Uklju\u010den je u svaku odluku koju donesite, svaki zalogaj hrane koju pojedete, svaku cigaretu koju pu\u0161ite, svaku zabrinjavaju\u0107u misao koju imate, svaku fizi\u010dku aktivnost koju presko\u010dte, svaku rakijicu ili pivo koje popijete i da vi\u0161e ne nabrajam. Sve pamti a ra\u010duni do\u0111u kad tad na naplatu.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">Za\u0161to vrijedi pro\u010ditati ovu knjigu?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">Ovo je jedna od knjiga koju svakako preporu\u010dujem svima onima koji se \u017eele bolje upoznati, koji rade na sebi i osvje\u0161tavanju svojih potencijala.\u00a0 Budu\u0107i da se bavim savjetovanjem, coachingom, koristim brojne tehnike i alate s podru\u010dja humanisti\u010dke psihologije, NLP, Ge\u0161talta, KBT. U zadnje vrijeme i principima integrativne medicine u kojoj je sve prilago\u0111eno individualnim potrebama klijenta koriste\u0107i najsigurniji i najmanje invazivan pristup, uz naravno holisti\u010dko razumijevanje cijelog organizma u sva tri njegova aspekta: uma, duha i tijela.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">Svim tehnikama kojima se slu\u017eim u radu zajedni\u010dki je jedan princip od kojega polaze \u2013 povezanost na\u0161a uma i tijela. Pitate se kakve veze to ima s ovom knjigom? Ima jer se velika ve\u0107ina tih na\u0161ih izazova oslanja ba\u0161 na mentalne procese ili programe.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">Meni je ova knjiga pomogla da pored studija op\u0107e i klini\u010dke medicine koju poha\u0111am, steknem puno vi\u0161e znanja o ljudskoj fiziologiji koja se fokusira na prou\u010davanje funkcija pojedinih struktura i sustava unutar organizma, kao i funkcije organizma u cjelini. Bez razumijevanja anatomije te\u0161ko je razumjeti fiziologiju. Dakle, dok anatomija obja\u0161njava strukturu na\u0161ih dijelova tijela, fiziologija istra\u017euje funkcije i odnos izme\u0111u na\u0161ih dijelova tijela.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">\u0160to mo\u017eete nau\u010diti iz ove knjige?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"western\">Na konkretnim je primjerima pokazao predo\u010davaju\u0107i snimke mozga:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Kako razli\u010dita emocionalna stanja poput anksioznosti, panike, strahova, zabrinutosti, utje\u010du na mozak tj dovode do promjena u pojedinim dijelovima mozga.<\/em><\/li>\n<li class=\"western\"><em>Iscrpno objasnio u\u010dinak tro\u0161enja nekih lijekova na mozak koji uzrokuju neka emocionalna stanja.<\/em><\/li>\n<li class=\"western\"><em><span style=\"color: #1c1c1c;\">Da na uvid konkretne prporuke kada je u pitanju ono na \u0161to doista voljno i svjesno mo\u017eemo utjecati a to su zdrava prehrana i tjelovje\u017eba koja poma\u017eu da se vratimo u stanje ravnote\u017ee i balansa.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #1c1c1c;\">Fokus na ciljeve<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #1c1c1c;\">Autor lijepo i jednostavno obja\u0161njava da su misli zaista va\u017ene jer kad pomislite kako va\u0161 mozak osloba\u0111a kemikalije, postajete svjesni onoga \u0161to mislite. Misli su stvarne i stvarno utje\u010du na to kako se osje\u0107ate i kako se pona\u0161ate. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #1c1c1c;\">Naravno, upozorava na problemati\u010dne misli \u2013 kognitivne distrorzije tj razmi\u0161ljanje u smislu &#8211; <i>uvijek, nikada, uvijek, mora i treba, krivnju, kao ina\u0161e tendencije da \u010ditamo ne\u010dije misli. <\/i>Treba &#8221;zasko\u010diti&#8221; takve na\u0161e misli, zapisati ih i porazgovarati s njima.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #1c1c1c;\">Poanta \u010ditave pri\u010de je FOKUS na ciljeve. &#8220;Razvijanje sposobnosti da ostanete potpuno usredoto\u010deni -fokusirani, pomo\u0107i \u0107e vam da usmjerite svoje misli i pona\u0161anje.
