Psychological support or psychotherapy takes place in a counsellor cabinet and confidential room, where you meet me face to face to discuss your concerns and discover ways you can address them effectively. This can be done in person at my cabinet in Zagreb or online. I use in my work a range of tools including: enquiry, discussion, psycho-education, experimental exercises such as actions to take outside the therapy, written homework or even role-plays.
I can help you resolve a wide range of issues that may cause you concern or distress, such as anxiety, eating disorder, sleeping problem, mobbing, family problems low self-esteem and self-image, social phobia, neurosis, problems with concentration, motivation, etc. Furthermore, I can also help you find life focus and meaning, develop your career and relationships or achieve a particular goal.
I can provide you a supportive environment that allows you to talk openly about your concerns with someone who is neutral, non-judgmental and objective. At the end of our session or a course of psychotherapy, you will not only have solved the problem that brought you in, but you will have learned new skills so you can better cope with whatever challenges arise in the future.
